Jeta is a gem of a host, always willing to help and provides invaluable information if needed. The accommodation is very special. Urban chic at its best full of upcycled wood and tasteful decor. The apartment is well appointed with everything that you need, from coffee to slippers and even a dressing gown. The location is terrific with numerous bakeries, coffee shops, bars, and shops within a stone's throw. The University Library is a mere 5 minutes and the centre of town just 10. Highly recommended.

I really appreciated the warm and friendly staff, especially Arta, who made us feel truly welcome. This was my third stay at the hotel, and once again, the staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive. The reception at the hotel pool was excellent, with an incredible team providing outstanding service. The breakfast service was also remarkable, with very kind and attentive staff making the mornings even more enjoyable. I also loved the fact that someone came to iron our clothes directly in the room – such an amazing service!
