Everything was great. The room is beautiful. The breakfast is super tasty with a lot of options both western and local. Really nice location. A bit away from the city of Sapa, but the surrounding area is just gorgeous and perfect for a relaxing vacation. All the employees were extremely friendly and helpful. And they arranged my arrival and departure transfer with ease and professionalism

We had a really great time here. The room was big clean and comfortable with authentic feel. The bed was giant: ) Staff were super friendly and helpful . The food was delicius and we also did the trekking tour-which they organised for us-with a super sweet guide. We also received a nice little gift when we left. Excellent hotel. Staff were exceptional. Location was great. About 15 minute walk to Sun Plaza. 40 minute walk to CatCat, but staff will call you a cab if you prefer. Great restaurants all around the hotel. Variety store right next door. Made to order breakfast. Staff were so kind and helpful. Room was lovely. Full bath with a walk in shower. Very comfortable bed.

Awesome view if you get a balcony room. A little noisy from other rooms at night. Amazing breaky and staff. Very helpful especially Sarah. Would definitely stay again. Day spa was great. Only down fall was indoor pool.

Hotel was pretty good. Staff are helpful. They offered discount on spa and massage. Also they adjusted day for our breakfast as we had to check out early morning at 6.00 am and catch bus to hanoi

Really enjoyed the cleanliness and comfiness of the room, that offered great bathroom facilities. The staff were all very friendly and professional. Really enjoyed the spa downstairs in the hotel, and was given a relaxing massage by the qualified staff. The breakfast, dinner and room service delivered was exceptional both in terms of quality and tastiness. The pool was also a nice addition that allowed for a relaxing time.

Sapa Relax & Spa hotel offered us with free breakfast during my stay with them. The staffs are very helpful and location is also very near to town centre. I would say value for money.

you have an amazing view from the bungalow terrace, the restaurant terrace and the pool. the staff is super friendly and very helpful. We also used the spa offers (hot tub and massage) which was very relaxing after a day of hiking. We also booked a cooking class for a five course menu which was held outdoors with the stunning view. you can have good hikes starting from the accommodation and compared to Sapa town it is very calm. It was one of the best accommodations with the best price for value we had in Vietnam so far.

The room is very spacious and the sky cafe on the rooftop is spectacularly beautiful. The breakfast, which is free, offers a wide variety. The host, Mr Ok, is helpful and informative. The massages, herbal baths and saunas are great too. Highly recommended and great value for money.
