Everything was great. The room is beautiful. The breakfast is super tasty with a lot of options both western and local. Really nice location. A bit away from the city of Sapa, but the surrounding area is just gorgeous and perfect for a relaxing vacation. All the employees were extremely friendly and helpful. And they arranged my arrival and departure transfer with ease and professionalism

The amenities and services of this lovely wooden house are great, but what we remember the most is their tour. They are very enthusiastic and particularly good at foreign languages. They took us to some famous spots in Sapa that we had never visited before, even though we had been to Sapa in the past.

overall perfect. I was stayed some hostel before this hotel in Sapa. that hostel was horrible and this hotel was very contrasted. room was very clean and staffs (especially Andy) are very xtremly kind. price is reasonable and they don’t require deposit.

Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The staff were very helpful and friendly particularly the staff we had most dealings with - Katie and Quang on reception and Mayu who was on the travel desk.
