Sy was extremely helpful, he put us in touch with someone to help us organise a bus to Laos, he collected us from the bus that arrived late at night and he gave us a motorbike the same night free of charge so we could get dinner.

Every things is very good! especially The attitude of the staff is very good, warm and polite. The room is clean and tidy, with a comfortable atmosphere. The itinerary is thoughtful and careful. Finally, they help book the night bus tickets to Hanoi. After check-out, they also provide a resting place to take a bath. This is really great marvelous!

The young owner of the property speaks a good English, he's very kind and helpful, he even picked us up at the bus stop. Clean room equipped with every comfort, beautiful garden with fantastic swimming pool with spectacular views. Delicious food available. The owner takes care of everything, from bike and scooter rental, laundry, money exchange, booking excursions and trips to other cities, all available in the homestay. Great price with even a delicious breakfast included. Central location. We recommend 100%. Thank you very much! Phong Nha is uncontaminated with a lovely nature and enchanting colours. It remained in our hearts.

The setting of the hotel is special. The room , The restaurant , pool, sauna and ambiance were excellent. Ofcourse the staff were very helpful and happy! A special thanks to Long who ensured all arrangements made from start to finish were perfect.His great sensé of humour was much appreciated.

Overall the stay was really good in this hotel. Breakfast was OK, average quality and quantity. The room was really spacious and clean, and the bed was comfy. We rented a motorbike with them and it was very good mean of transport to visit the national park and caves. Their view from the rooftop was amazing.

Great option to stay in Phong Nha, as most options in town are hostels. Great view of the lake, great food and drinks as well. The hotel also has a spa, which was super convenient especially after 2 long days of trekking. You need to take a taxi to go to town, but the town is quite small and not much going on, so it was nice to stay in this much more quiet area. You can kayak and swim in the lake, which we didn't do as we were too tired, but it looked nice.

We were there during Tet, and had the place to ourselves until the last day, when many Vietnamese families arrived to celebrate Tet together. The staff were amazing, ensuring we had everything we needed, and one staff member even gave us a special Bánh Tét (glutinous rice cake with pork belly and mung beans filling, cooked in banana leaf for 24 hours) that his wife had made. The food was lovely, and during our 4-day stay, we were able to sample many of the dishes available. We were in one of the farm cabins, which was roomy, with the most comfortable bed. I had the best nights’ sleeps I had experienced for a long time. The most wonderful thing was the smiles we received every time we came in contact with any of the staff. With many hugs as we checked out, we really did feel as though we arrived as guests and left as family.
