This was the best location we stayed at during our stay in Vietnam. A green Oasis indeed. Everything was tidy, curated to the last detail, the staff was wonderful and the food delicious. We very much enjoyed the pool and the spacious garden. We were lucky enough to get there off season so we enjoyed a lot of peace and a stunning, large bedroom. We finally extended our stay there, because we didn't wanna leave too early. Highly recommend!

Everything was great! The welcome was very warm! We were completely satisfied and enjoyed every minute of our stay. Truyen, our personal butler, was very courteous and attentive. He looked after needs to make our stay a very pleasant one. Also the Restaurant Manager at Natura Ms. Duong Nguyen, who always greeted us warmly every day and looked after our needs. All the staff are extremely friendly, polite and very attentive. Large selection at the breakfast buffet. High quality of all the restaurants. The villas are large, very modern and stylish with a private pool and fantastic sea views. We can only recommend this hotel.

We very much enjoyed the pool and the spacious garden. We were lucky enough to get there off season so we enjoyed a lot of peace and a stunning, large bedroom. The staff was very helpful and accomodating (Sarah in particular helped us when we needed it). This is really a five-star hotel, the amenities such as the spa and swimming pool were fantastic. The massage included in the booking was really good as well. The breakfast was also good and varied. I really recommend it.

The view from the room is wow! Choose the sea view one, I recommend it for 100%. The location is perfect, close to the beach and all shops and cafes. Staff is really friendly and mice, we also rented a bike, they have good ones. Breakfast is so good, lots of choice and the restaurant itself is beautiful. SPA is good too, did a massage there. Room is super clean and it has everything you need.

Lovely place, very well located, sea views from the room. Easy to reach everything by walking. And a very unique spa: can get a combo with a sauna/steam chair, herbal bath, and massage. Very nice package!

The breakfast buffet was exceptional and very diverse. We enjoyed this part of the day the most. Staff is very attentive and remembers individual preferences after a few days. Service in general is attentive, friendly and supportive. The natura restaurant was very good and had a diverse menu. Spa and massage treatment was very relaxing and professional. We enjoyed that it's still not complete, as we had the beach and onsen for ourselves a lot of times. Construction noise was minimal and only in small areas of the resort.

The breakfast was great, always fresh and a good variety. The pool was fabulous and the staff were very attentive. The Day Spa was very professional with lovely screened open aired rooms, our whole family had multiple visits. The location was beautiful, a relaxing spot but easy access to everything.
