A very good hotel in terms of price and quality. We have already stayed in 5* hotels that were of much lower quality. For us the big pluses are a large balcony and sound proof rooms. The location of the resort is an idyllic and authentic Vietnam experience. Highly recommend over other Vietnam locations that are touristy and overdeveloped. The resort itself is so beautiful, better in real life than in the photos. We had the most relaxing four days, it felt like two weeks. The villa was incredible, very large and well appointed. The spa was the highlight for us. I’ve never been to an overwater day spa, it was breath taking. We enjoyed many well priced and high quality treatments and complementary yoga. The two pools and surrounds were beautiful. There are many activities to do if you feel like getting out and about. The restaurant was good quality. We cannot fault a single staff member. They all go above and beyond to make your stay a memorable one, especially Ms Cristy. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making us feel like royalty.
