Staff were so friendly. Free upgraded room with beach view. Staff gave my girlfriend flowers on our leaving so beautiful. Staff arranged all taxis and buses also. Amazing stay

Beautiful hotel with lovely territory, garden and pool area. Very well maintained and cleaned. Personnel is super polite and friendly. Food and drinks are also very delicious in the main restaurant and pool bar. Facilities are shared with Grand and Holiday inn, so more services and dining options available there.

Everything was perfect: incredible good breakfasts, dinners at restaurants (sea food fresh, steaks and wines we found what we like too much)... Very Green area with lagunas and beautiful landscaping made our stay very pleasant... Spa is very good, I visited several times and enjoyed too much by body and facial massages. There is a beautiful desing in Japanese style... Swimming pool with bar on water is exellent and with a very nice and attentive bar personnel. Cleaning everywhere was in a very good level. Linen and towels at room are very soft and with high cotton quality. Very polite housekeeper. We were lucky to stay there during the Vietnamese national holiday- so, we had a good opportunity to see local amazing people with their families... All our expectations became true and we enjoyed and pleased by staing in Melia Resort Beach Hotel. Thanks to Executive Chef Mr. Juan Luis and Melia Management for such a good organization.

We had a wonderful time at this resort. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff truly impressed us — they always took care of us and even helped us get to other places without us having to ask. The room was spacious and tidy, the restaurant food was delicious, and the surroundings were absolutely beautiful and well maintained, a lot of greenery, we felt like living in a rain forest— it really helped us relax after a long journey. The private beach and clean pool were perfect. We had amazing days during our honeymoon! Thank you so much for everything 🥰
