I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, always going the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. I especially enjoyed the delightful afternoon tea – such a lovely touch. My room was very spacious, and the new bathtub was a real highlight – perfect for unwinding after a long day. I can’t wait to visit again when the gym and swimming pool open soon. This place just keeps getting better!

Good location in the Old Quarter. Very very clean, comfortable room and bed, good size shower. The lobby smells lovely. Decent breakfast, both western and Asian options. Best part is the staff, they’re exceptional!

As the location is extremely amazing in the hart of the old town, the food and the services were on point , the staff were very friendly and very generous I had an amazing experience they did a free upgrade to my room and it was very clean and comfortable moreover I really appreciate Mr. Max whom helped us out during our stay and make sure if we need anything, he provided us free transportation to the airport because I booked 2 trips with him.

Dinh Lee and the rest of the staff are the best! They really help you get through this chaotic and wonderful city! They also help you organize the rest of your travel, we booked with them the Halong Bay cruise and was really easy. We loved the facilities, and even the hotel was really close to the nightlife we couldn’t hear anything in our room! Perfect atmosphere
