I stayed in 4 hotels on this trip, 3 of which were 5-star, and this was the only one that truly made me feel like I was in a 5-star hotel; even the TV had my name on it when I turned it on. The room had everything of high quality and the service was excellent.

Good service. Receptionist is very friendly, enthusiasm especially Julie Nguyen ( Dong Nhi) huge thanks to her. We could turn to her for help with any problem. She also introduced us to the local foods. The location of the hotel is great the nearest shopping centre is 5 minutes walk away. Clean and modern rooms.
