Everything about the cruise was fantastic. The boat itself was beautiful - one of the best we saw on the water! The views of the bay from the rooms/balconies are incredible (and unobstructed due to the large windows). With only 20 rooms the boat was never crowded and we could always find privacy if/when we wanted it. The itinerary was a good mix of exploration and relaxation. The food and drinks were great - we had some of the best dishes of our entire trip whilst on board. The staff really tie the experience together - they are attentive, kind and friendly which really contributes to the warm and enjoyable atmosphere on board. This was the highlight of our trip to Vietnam.

We had an amazing time on the Venus Cruises. The booking process was very smooth and easy thanks to Johe who was very helpful and responsive to all my question. It was a very luxurious stay onboard, our room was so spacious and beautiful! I like the most huge swimming pools - impressive compared to other cruises. The staff on board were excellent and helpful and the food was great and facilities were brilliant. The whole boat was spotless. Happy is a great cruise manager - Mr. Vinee + Tuen - Not sure about his real name, he is a character and makes sure everyone is having a great time! Definitely recommend Venus to anyone visiting Ha Long bay Will bring my family back next Summer^^

Everything was amazing....the staff, the food (buffet breakfast and 4 course lunches/dinners), the boat and room, the activities....all of it. We had the most magical time and the staff made it even better. Being a smaller boat meant we all had more private space which felt more exclusive. Highly recommend for anyone planning a cruise...and highly recommend 2 nights to get the most out of it

The pick up was organised by the company and was a luxury mini bus van, very good. The welcome meal was very good, menu provided and well served by TINA who was a constant pleasure and help throughout our trip. Very relaxing boat, not really too full and plenty of space on deck. Several activities available if required and the staff were very friendly at all times. Well organised as it needed to be . Halong Bay is very picturesque and a must if in the Hanoi area

We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and it made the celebration of a significant birthday more special. Our room, the friendly, funny, smiling and helpful crew & staff, the activities organised, the relaxing massage & spa, dining while cruising the bay, the music, and most of the food and dishes were delicious.

Children Play Centre. Its more than Australian child care centre. and outside playground, with kids safe entrance. Beach, Swimming pool at the same place. Kids swimming pool with Inflated floats, which let adults to have relax time. Anytime food , cocktail at the beach or swimming pool. Beautiful landscaping. lots of relaxing time with a touch luxury. Good Breakfast buffet. Mainland has lot of nice restaurants for different experience.

The room had a beautiful view and the as nice and spacious. The hotel had a more luxury feeling than other places we’ve stayed in Vietnam. Amazing pool with some really comfy chairs and a beautiful view. Breakfast had a good selection of food for Vietnamese and western! The door staff were lovely and helpful! They brought a cake up for my birthday which was a nice touch!

We had a wonderful stay at Vinpearl Resort & Spa Halong Long for our anniversary. Our room has the best ocean view. Staff are professional , friendly and very helpful. Room is nice and clean and amenities are replenished every day. Bed is very comfortable. Foods are nice in breakfast restaurant and buffet restaurant. The spa and sauna are very good. Will come back to Vinpearl for our holiday next time in Halong. Thank you for making our stay such a memorable time.

Really beautiful villas, perfect for relaxing. Room service was very affordable, beach was close by. Plenty of choice at breakfast, the villas are super spacious. It’s perfect if you want a couple of days just soaking up the sun.
