The whole process from check in, to the activities on offer, the food and the entire experience was amazing. Travelling with three kids the staff couldn't do enough to accommodate us, organising different kids food options and making sure everyone was happy. Could not recommend highly enough!

The whole experience was first class. Room and facilities were spacious clean. Views are stunning,food was first class and plentiful.great activities which are optional. Plenty to do but peaceful if wanted. All staff were helpful polite but two people made it special for us Jerry a new boy has a little to learn but was so kind and willing to. Overall, we are very satisfied with our 3 days / 2 nights cruise. All areas of the ship, including the speedboat taking you to and from it, is in spotless condition. Everything is well maintained and kept to a high standard. All members of the staff are exceptionally nice and always greet you with a smile so that you feel very welcome. Everything from the Hanoi-transfer and check-in process to excursions and activities are well organized and clearly communicated. Lunch and dinner was served as four course meals and of good standard. Not a culinary sensation, but it tasted good and was what you could expect. The breakfast was served as a buffet (and the opportunity to have eggs etc. prepared by the chef) and had the same standard. Worth mentioning is that all the food was fresh and properly cooked. To sum it up, we highly recommend this cruise and would love to be back!

The experience on the ship is wonderful and good. There is a lovely crew. The most personal treatment. They learn to know you very quickly and give you amazing treatment as if you were the only one on the cruise. The schedule is accurate. The activities and excursions are interesting. The food is delicious and special. And personalized. Those who stay two nights and three days enjoy a day trip on a daily cruise in Kat Bah accompanied by excellent guidance and a delicious meal. Harry and the entire team were excellent. You could really tell that they had everything super well organized and professionally managed - from making sure everyone is informed to the small details of really paying attention at dinner when is the right time to move a plate - they really offered a great service. Also really loved the room - clean, bed was super comfy and balcony was great.
