Helpful service from Daniyar on reception. He speaks English well. Dilshot in the restaurant was very attentive. Beautiful hotel... excellent meals. Not in the centre but in a good location. There doesn't appear to be any need to be close to the centre anyway, and it's an easy ride with Yandex taxi.
