My friends and I absolutely loved the Rio Hotel in Samarkand. From arrival to check out, the staff were extremely welcoming, kind, and helpful. We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment, which was immaculately clean, extremely spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. We thoroughly enjoyed the lovely rainshower in the bathroom and cozy beds. My friend ended up getting sick, and the staff offered to help us to the hospital and even ordered chicken soup for us! I would not hesitate to book the Rio Hotel again for my next stay in Samarkand. Thank you to the excellent staff members at the front desk!

The breakfast was full of variety with ample quantity of food and drinks. Overall satisfied with the ambience, cleanliness and servings. The hotel is new and beautiful, and the rooms are equipped nicely. The best part of this hotel is the staff and their attitude. Everyone was helpful and went out of their way to help out for any requests. Keep up the good work guys ( Ulmas, Rafik, Babur and Malika)

The day we were leaving, there was a triathlon, and we had to move up our transfer to the airport. They treated us wonderfully, arranged a taxi, and gave us a small picnic since we couldn't have breakfast. We loved the hotel and its location. We took a little piece of Samarkand back to Spain.

hotel was perfectly located with walking distance to many tourist attractions. The rooms are also good with all amenities. The best part is owner and the entire staff are available round the clock to ensure that their guests are well taken care off. In my case, I lost my luggage during my journey from Bukhara to Samrkand. The owner and his staff helped us and within hours had it delivered to me. Once again I take this moment to thank the entire staff for their efforts. if ever i get an opportunity to visit Samarkand in future, this place is definitely going to be my place to stay.

Very kind staff who were accommodating to our requests. Loved the relaxed and calm feel of the hotel and the spa services were excellent. The rooms were well kept but more than that the hotel had really well maintained greenery on the outsides which added to the overall feel. Breakfast was nice but was more of an ‘bread n breakfast’ feel rather than a big buffet

Staff is super helpful. When shuttle was not running, the staff has immediately helped us arrange his teammate to drive us to where we wanna go. When we get there the teammate who drove us there also helped us arrange a ride back to the hotel! Super helpful - very impressive.
