A beautiful property including our room, with excellent service! We were well taken care of on our honeymoon. Also, we forgot a very sentimental and valuable item and when we got in touch the Ritz Management quickly searched the room and got back to us on how to get the item to us as quickly and safely as possible! The room was beautiful with a lovely view. The facilities were excellent. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The pool area is great to relax in with a tiny beach nearby for an ocean dip. The Orchids restaurant has beautiful food.

I was given the best room and the VIP treatment. Many thanks to the lady in the counter Ms. Denesse Alombro and to the lady at the continental breakfast who made us feel special. We came always late and she had a pack of fruits to take away. We likewise received a special arrival greeting with fresh lei and a box of honolulu cookies delivered to our room to celebrate a special trip. I cud not ask for more.
