Staff and room service were lovely - very accommodating - went above and beyond when we needed help. Included breakfast was fantastic - loved making our own waffles and everything else was very tasty too. Also great location to Disneyland - it was about a 10 to 15min walk.

For our family trip, we decided to stay at this hotel for the second time. I've stayed here both during New Year’s and in the month of May. If your plan is to visit the Disney parks, the location is very convenient. To get to the parks, we took Uber and the cost was very affordable. Walking is also an option, but after a full day at the park, I definitely recommend using a taxi service instead. The breakfast they offer is very basic, but sufficient. Without a doubt, for its cost and accessibility, I would stay here again.

The room was clean as well as the bathroom! Beds were comfortable, the lobby was beautiful and I liked that they had free coffee. The free breakfast was so good and the people staffing the cafe were so friendly and professional. Actually, everyone I came in contact with at this hotel were nice, courteous, and professional! I would definitely stay here again!! I hope you can somehow convey my appreciation to the whole team!
