We stayed 11 nights at Casa Dantes and absolutely loved it. The location is perfect, you can be at the beach within 5 minutes. Every morning there was a delicious breakfast waiting for us, with something different each day for great variety. Our room was cleaned daily, and the owner Marco and his staff did everything they could to make our stay as relaxing as possible. The massage room was also excellent. Marco is incredibly kind and always happy to have a chat or give helpful travel tips. We had very relaxing days here and will definitely come back. Highly recommended, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

SafiraBlu is stunning - the property and each of the villas are beautiful. Since there are so few villas there, the staff go above and beyond to make sure your wants and needs are being met. Everyone who works there is so friendly and helpful. Shout out to Keith, the head chef, for always having great suggestions for our meals and being so welcoming. Also to Isaac, Alpha, Abdella, Stella, Harry, and Ahmed for being so helpful and considerate whenever we had any questions, or were enjoying the pool, restaurant, or in-unit service! My wife and I came here to relax for our honeymoon prior to going on a Safari on the mainland and this was the perfect place for that. We did the all-inclusive package which was well worth it in our opinion. If I could rate this place 11 out of 10 I would. I would recommend this resort to anyone and would love to come back one day.

This hotel is such an oasis! Beautiful aesthetics, comfortable and very clean rooms, excellent pool, friendly staff and, most importantly: the best food we had in the whole country! Both the Italian as well as the local dishes were so delicious that we ended up eating here for most days, shamelessly! It is very rare to come across such a comfortable place which felt like home. An extra bonus is the fact that there is a little shop in the hotel in case you need to buy some extra sunscreen. The distance to the beach is super short (5-10 minute walk), but to be honest, we spent most of our time at the hotel because it was so amazing :) Definitely a good choice!

Nungwi dreams is absolute paradise. It is situated right on the beach, which is not very busy. You do have to be mindful about swimming because of the tide and the sea urchins/rocks. The hotel provides complimentary use of sea shoes, which was great. There are two pools, which are both excellent and very clean. The views from the hotel are absolutely spectacular. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and made our stay a memorable one. The food was good and was overall similarly priced to other place in the area. We had a massage which was relaxing and reasonably priced. The tours organised by the hotel were also fantastic. During our stay we went to Stone Town, Prison Island, on a Spice Tour and kayaking on Kendwa beach.

It is a really nice place. Calm, on the brink of the main beach area. Located on the beachfront with stunning views. Room that we’ve stayed in was good. It was spacious and it had a great balcony with partial sea view. Breakfast was really good, self service. Also, we were eating dinner in the restaurant and the dishes there were all great! Staff is super nice. Pool is clean and maintained regularly. It is really a calm and relaxing place to be!
