Luxury spa/hot spring experience. In room tub/hot spring experience. Extensively stocked complimentary n refillable minibar. Great concierge service,all very attentive n super helpful, helped take pictures patiently when requested :) . Spa / hot spring attendents were checking water temperature extensively. Iced evian water in spa was so refreshing after the hot spring pools. The 2 types of mineral pools plus ice plunge n jacuzzi really awesome.

Thank you for the super stay at Originn! It was such a lovely way to end our trip staying in this space, we skipped going out for the night just to return home early to enjoy the space. The aesthetics was on point, things used including the record player in the room made it so nice to sit on the couch and chill. It was a bonus to have Opan, the friendly cat who visited our room and slept with us. Though he came meowing at 6am, we were just thrilled to have him over. Location is so good with Dadaocheng and all the beautiful cafes right at the door step. There is so much to do and so much to see. We look forward to returning in future when we visit Taipei (:

Spacious rooms with comfortable beddings. Everything was perfect. Can’t comment on F&B as we didn’t dine there. There is a lovely breakfast place near the hotel which offers good Taiwanese toast at a reasonable price. The only drawback is the hotel isn’t located near train stations. It’s not a deal breaker as the nearest train station is about 10-15mins walk.

Friendly staffs and gave us a tour and introduction at arrival. Love the in-room Onsen. The room was huge and well set up. Has every thing you need for a comfortable stay. Drinks and snacks are provided for free. Free shuttle service to and fo train station is a bonus. Breakfast is great and it privides both Taiwanese and Westen options.

The cleanliness of the hotel and attentiveness of the staff were good. Location to bus stops and mrt exits were extremely accessible. There were taxis waiting outside the lobby of the hotel so you do not need to call cabs was an added convenience.
