Even though it is a bit away from the main attractions in Göreme and Derinkuyu, it is still very comfortable to see them with the offered tours. There are also plenty of cave houses in the area, and you can see a valley with ancient farming terraces from the breakfast room. The Rooms are huge, new and classy and very clean. And so was the bath. There is plenty of space to hang out, the rooftop terrace, a dining room, a breakfast room and two more are being built. Speaking of the breakfast: it is simply amazing. You are in for a treat. But even better was the staff. They were simply amazing, extremely nice and really helpful. Before we even came, we could move our reservation by a day because we could not make it on time. Then they gave us a free room update. Ferhat helped us to book train tickets for our further journey, gave recommendations about restaurants and even gave us a lift twice, as he was on his way home from the hotel. When we were sitting on the rooftop terrace, they served tea and Turkish coffee and invited us to join when they were having tea there. This is what peak hospitality looks like.

the cave bed room was amazing! spotlessly clean, perfect temperature. it was like home from home. the owner and his staff couldn’t do enough for us. the evening meals that they prepared for us were fantastic and huge portions. the breakfast was the best we have eaten in Turkey. the owners brother is a taxi driver and his English is very good. we were appreciative of his explanation of the local area and history as he was driving us around. we hired a private taxi to do the green tour (the owner arranged this for us) and the next day we did some of the red tour ourselves and the owners brother took us back to the airport from goreme. they sort everything out.

Location is superb, rooms were comfortable and provided everything you might need for a stay. Even we arrived late (after 10PM), we were able to have nice dinner and bar was open till 2AM. Breakfast had lots of variety of food, all fresh and delicious. Overall hotel did exceed my expectations and would definitely choose it again for another stay.

I loved the Buffet in that Hotel, if it's breakfast or dinner it was really good. But not only that the wellness section was tremendously comfortable. I would book here if I would come back.

Absolutely amazing facilities, spa area is a whole universe of beauty. They have an exhibition of goodies, heated pool, boat that you can ride in a pool that looks like an underground river! Authentic gozleme made during the royal breakfast. Front desk open 24/7, staff speaks English, Nilufer was extremely helpful and took care of all the transfers and entertainment.

We didn't like anything with this hotel. This hotel is not a 5-star hotel. It should be a 3 or 4 star hotel.

One word - everything. From the welcome package of dried fruits, nuts and red wine to the very end when they extended our checkout for free, everything was wonderful. Aza Cave is part of chain of 3 cave hotels (Aza Cave, Kelebek and Sultan Cave) there and you can use their facilities as well. All of them are 50 meters apart. Aza is the quitest of them all. The cave King Suite we were was amazing. Many people mentioned in their comments that is dark, but guys this is a cave experience and being a little bit darker than usual hotel room is more than expected. It was amazing experience and i definitely would recommend highly that resort. The staff was really kind and helpful. Multiple people approached us with useful suggestions from the very beginning when we reserved to the very end when we checkout. We have book multiple activities from them, always done by the highest standards. They contacted me after reserving with them and providing me with very useful information about the holidays and activities. Definitely book balloon flight through them - they use Turquaz Balloons (the best provider there) or Discovery Ballooons. They have pool ... which is HEATED ... contrary on most comments. I tried it and it was heated. It is not 34C more like 25-27C but still heated. The breakfast was great. A lot of choices and all of them very delicious. They are one of the few cave hotels there, which has very big parking lot with very easy access. I was there with big SUV and had no problem at all to park. Our suite had a fireplace and they offer lighting the fireplace for free. We tried it and it was really amazing and romantic setup.
