The communication was better than any other place I’ve stayed at, they responded quickly and set up transfers and bookings for things like balloon rides almost immediately. The room was very comfortable and was cleaned daily, tea and coffee were available in the room and also replaced every day. The location is perfect - very close to everything and easy to walk to the open air museum and other hiking areas or viewpoints. And there’s also a supermarket and ATMs within a minute or two walking, as well as tons of restaurants and shops etc.

amazing hotel, big area with big rooms. breakfast was good (although fruit options could be better), lots of sour things reception people were really nice and people who parked our car (good that they offer this service, cause road is steep and narrow and not a lot of parking spaces) nice that no kids are allowed

The facility was clean, and the staff were very kind and helpful. Damla Hanim, in particular, was exceptionally nice. The hotel room was excellent, and the housekeeping service ensured that it was cleaned every day. Whenever we needed anything, the staff were always available to assist the guests.

Incredible hotel. Our family room was huge, and a real cave room. Beautifully setup and decorated. The staff and owner are super friendly and always ready to help you find transportation and tours that you want. The breakfast is one of the best I’ve ever experienced. Great views of Göreme from the terrace as well as the ballons at sunrise. I miss this hotel already, wish we had stayed longer than the 4 nights.
