We had a perfect romantic holiday with my girlfriend in this place. It's not overcrowded, quite cosy. The food is delicious. Our general impression is magnificent! The hotel is very convenient! The personnel is gentle and helpful, they speak English fairly well.

She made me feel not just like a guest, but like a valued friend. The spa was absolutely fantastic — beautifully designed, relaxing, and with excellent treatments that left me feeling refreshed and recharged. It was definitely one of the highlights of my trip. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, and the overall service throughout the hotel was excellent — warm, professional, and always with a smile. Location is 10/10. You can walk to the city centre or to the marina easily. Thermal water and the spa service was great. We had massage which was very relaxing. Breakfast and dinner served as open buffet and there were wide variety. Thanks to all the staff

Beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. I stayed with my mum and our room was very clean, beds really comfortable and it was really impressive. Its clear a lot of care and attention has been put into the hotel, from the Italian style decor to the delicious fresh breakfast, to even having a Dyson hairdryer in the room. Hilal at reception was very lovely.
