I had a 15-hour layover in Istanbul and decided to stay at the Bulton Deluxe Hotel. Honestly, it turned out to be a great choice. • Cleanliness: Everything was spotless, which made the short stay super comfortable. • New & Modern: The hotel is only about 4 months old, so all the interiors are fresh, stylish, and well-furnished. • Location: Just 10 minutes from the airport – perfect for a layover without the stress of long transfers. • Service: The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They even arranged my pick-up and offered a free upgrade, which was a nice surprise. • Extras: There’s an excellent restaurant nearby with live music, which added a fun touch to the evening.

As we arrived after midnight, we had doubts about the process being flawless. However, it was the complete opposite. We were welcomed at gate 8 at the airport (for we were also using the hotel transport offered as one of the services) and waited a bit for the transport to arrive. The transport was comfortable and got us to the place in 10-15 minutes. The registration process was also very quick. The receptionist did well! As for the room, it was very nice and comfortable (even just for one night). Very clean and with a nice design. Also, the heated floor was a great addition. In general, we were very satisfied with the stay. Thank you to all personnel! We will definitely use it in the future if we happen to have a long-term transfer.

everyone was super nice! we arrived very late and the reception guy had upgraded our room and it was very spacey and good:) they checked on us a lot and made sure we had everything we needed. the staff was the best! overall very good hotel, friendly staff and var spacious roooms :D

Location is perfect and apartments are very comfortable. Hotel is very close to Medipol University Hospital and on the highway which is going through Istanbul so every location in Istanbul is easy to reach. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and kind. It is our second time in this hotel and I am sorry I didn't rate the hotel first time but this time I must mention Ms. Elif and Mr. Baris Cihan which were kind to help us with all our requests so as first time were Mr. Veysel and Mr. Ahmet.

Our apartment was very spacius, clean and extremly comfortable, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and big terrace. Perfect view from 16th floor, very comfortable and large beds, beautifull terrace with breathtaking view. Car parking was excellent as well, car is peetty safe in huge underground garage, even with possibility for charging of our plug-in hybrid without any extra charge, by using ordinary home socket. Hotel is located very near to metro station, with which you can reach city center in 45 minutes. Hotel staff was very helpfull and profesional.Very tasty breakfast with lot of choices.
