For me, the most important aspects are below where the hotel exceeded the global averages. Please note I travel a lot for work so I live in a hotel on an average 2 nights a week. 1. Location - Cannot get better for a city trip 2. Room Size - I booked a deluxe king room and it amazing. Layout, size, comfort, corner L shape 3. Cleanliness & Bathroom - Again, 10/10 Staff - It might not be high on people's agenda but friendly and warm staff are my biggest differentiator with respect to a hotel experience. This hotel absolutely excelled in this category bringing back the warmth of the old true respect to Hospitality. To everyone at the hotel, thank you very much.

Host: Matic was an excellent host. Really helpful, flexible and responsive. We had a nightmare trip, arriving very late to the apartment which Matic handled with grace Apartment: we are a family with 4 adult daughters. There was more than enough space. This was the best equipped accommodation we have ever stayed in – truly a home from home. Parking was an added bonus Location: Brilliant location. The walk to the centre of Ljubljana is around 45 minutes. You can go along the main road or through the park (which is a much more pleasant route). Otherwise the bus (#7 if I remember) stops outside and drops you 5 mins from the centre for 1.30 euro
