good evening We rented a family apartment for two days. Unfortunately, we arrived on the first day in the evening when there was a natural disaster of water flooding . The amazing staff made sure to give us an apartment as comfortable as possible so that we could go to sleep because it was late . The next day, because the whole area was flooded, the amazing staff took us to a hotel because it was not possible to stay there. The staff did everything for us so that we would be satisfied and feel as comfortable as possible and we had 4 children with us, it must be said We must mention that we returned to the place after 4 days because the water park opened and the flooding ended in the area because the children wanted a water park and this place is their favorite. Rooms are new, spacious and comfy. Nice balcony to enjoy the view and the sun. Pools are big and clean. The hotel is in a beautiful location in the nature, but bars, restaurants and a small supermarket are within walking distance.

Superb position to enjoy the Thermal park. Near to booth the pools inside and outside, just a few minutes walk. We loved the terrace with its view over the acqua park outside and comfortable. About the mobile hose inside it is well done and have everything you need for your stay inside. We loved it and are for sure returning again.

This was our third year in Hotel Toplice, and we absolutely love this place. Very high cleaning standards, nice and professional staff, great food, spacious hotel with big rooms and nice restaurant. Convenient rubber bracelets for your wrist that can be used to open your room door or purchase (on room charge) snacks, drinks, and food in the restaurants located by the pools. Free parking. Lovely surroundings with amusement park, cafe/cake shop, grocery, and local souvenir shops.
