We had a great stay! The hotel has just opened and everything is brand new. Our apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. The aquapark is simply amazing. Our kids loved it and we will certainly come again soon.

Impeccably clean throughout the property. Spacious, luxurious room with quality finishes. Very friendly staff across reception, dining, and housekeeping. Excellent spa with well-maintained saunas and jacuzzi. Very tasty, well-presented breakfast We stayed for 10 nights in a deluxe double room, early November, travelling as a couple. Purpose was a relaxation break with a focus on spa time. The room had a calm and warm lighting. Surfaces, corners, and bathroom fittings were noticeably clean, matching the photos accurately. The mattress was great and we slept comfortably. Staff interactions consistently felt attentive; requests were handled quickly. The spa itself was a highlight — well-kept, and with stable temperatures in both saunas and the jacuzzi. Would stay again: Yes — ideal for a relaxing couple’s getaway or wellness-focused weekend.

Amazing place! Designed so cool that we felt in love immediately! The stuff was very friendly and cute, especially tall guy in the reception and restaurant guy from Bangladesh, very high class! Restaurant had nice menu and tasty meals, the pool view and lobby room are just amazingly charming!! Location 12-15 minutes walk to the center and this road is also authentic and the city feels closer
