Since I checked in I understood the quality and the high level of the hotel. The staff was very welcoming and all the time available for help or any kind of advices about the city, facilities and so on. The room was always clean, silent and equipped with everything you would need. I had to work couple of days and the person of the staff told me with any problems that I could stay in the library of the hotel, I really appreciated that. I visited the spa (beautiful swimming pool and sauna!) and the gym (equipped with towels, water as well) everyday. You need to book your slot a bit earlier but you always find your desired time free. Again, everything clean and well cared. The restaurant offers a really tasty, original and quality menù, as well as the cocktails and wine. The view from the restaurant is amazing. Its staff provides great service. Talking about the area of the Hotel, you couldn't choose any better as it's few meters distance to Largo do Carmo with this beautiful square by the famous historical church with no roof, then you have Baixa-Chiado and Bairro Alto. From there you can reach every places walking and in case you have the metro really close. I hope I will visit again, I couldn't expect more thank you.

The hotel has an amazing, very central location. The staff was extremely friendly! There is an opportunity to have a wine tasting and every day there were little gifts awaiting us in our room. The breakfast was ok, the local delicious bubbles were served during the breakfast. The room was spacious and fabulous with very comfy beds.
