The level of cleanliness was absolutely exceptional. The staff in all departments could not be more friendly and professional. The whole hotel really caters for true relaxation and comfort from the comfy beds to the huge heated indoor pool to the roof top hot tub overlooking the port, the perfect location to watch the cruise liners come in and out and watch the sun go down. This was also topped off with the most incredible spa treatment

Words simply cannot convey how wonderful our experience was. The resort is stunning, the service is superior, the food is extraordinary, and there are so many thoughtful and meaningful touches that make this truly an experience instead of just a vacation.
