The check-in area for the Preferred guests was fantastic. We waited for a while to get checked in, but we enjoyed a welcome drink and fresh snacks, and the view from the balcony while waiting. The receptionist Sara made our stay unforgettable by arranging a surprise - an extremely personalized and well-thought dessert at the end of our birthday dinner. Sara's colleagues who presented us the dessert were also very friendly, professional and kind. This hotel has amazing facilities, absolutely outstanding staff, and the most epic location so far. The food was top-notch and high quality, too. Everything was fantastic - the ice-cream bar, the restaurants, and even the buffet food. The views from the property are unforgettable.

This hotel is truly one of the best I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. From start to finish, everything was exceptional. The facilities were top-notch—the pool was wonderfully refreshing, and the poolside bar served some of the best cocktails I’ve ever had. The gardens were beautifully maintained and full of vibrant plants, creating a serene and picturesque atmosphere. The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to enjoy their work. I’ve never encountered such warm and welcoming service. A special thank you to the lovely lady at reception, who was always cheerful, kind, and incredibly helpful. The on-site spa was also excellent, complete with an indoor pool. I had two treatments during my stay, both of which were absolutely superb. The hotel’s gardens deserve another mention—they were simply breathtaking. I was there for a wedding, and I can confidently say it’s the perfect venue for such a celebration. I stayed in one of the garden rooms, which was unbelievably peaceful and featured an incredible bathroom with a rain shower, handheld shower, and water jets—easily one of the best hotel showers I’ve experienced. I wouldn’t hesitate to return. I’d stay again in a heartbeat.

Close to the centre of Santa Cruz on a quiet street. Our room was spacious, but there was no balcony. We found the beds to be a little hard. The bacon and eggs at breakfast were luke warm, although quite tasty.

+ Surprisingly charming local town where we found some sweet little restaurants serving good local food ( in the square ). + Room was nicely lit and had everything we needed really + V close to airport ( 5 mins taxi. ) + Hotel helped us get the taxi v early in the morning and provided a breakfast box + Spa was quality, proper steam and sauna with a view! + Pool looked nice outside but too cold + Good large breakfast featuring everything you could imagine but not all great quality but overall fine
