Amazing clean apartment with huge bathrooms. We booked a one bedroom however they upgraded us to the two bedroom apartment because of the children - we really appreciated this! Friendly reception staff. The apartment is new, with a huge balcony. Secure parking garage. They even serve breakfast so it’s like a luxury aparthotel. Definitely recommend.

I cannot recommend it highly enough. As the very first guests of this new hotel, we were treated with exceptional care and attention. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They welcomed us warmly, making us feel right at home. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, offering a perfect blend of modern amenities and the natural beauty of the Azores. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel’s commitment to family-friendly service was evident in the little touches, such as a crib for our baby. The location is fantastic, with stunning views and easy access to the island’s many attractions. In summary, our stay in Sao Miguel was extraordinary. Every detail was perfect. There were Portugal cosmetics in the bathroom, local products such as bolo levedo, ananases, pastel de nata at the breakfast. There was an option to order pancakes, omelletes at the breakfast, very tasty coffee. Perfect, beautiful design of the rooms. Travel guides to take at the reception. Everybody was super-friendly and super-helpful. Location in the city centre, possible to walk by foot everywhere, close to the ocean. The hotel is really great place to stay while exploring the island. I would recommend to everyone and I’d love to come back here again!
