very helpful and friendly staff, adequate breakfast, the view of the church and lake in the background was superb. nice warm, comfy room with terrace. the small park alongside the hotel was also very pretty. had the codfish Sao Bento in the restaurant which was excellent

Everyone was lovely and very friendly. The bed was super comfortable, and it was great after a long day of sightseeing. The fact that there was a shuttle bus to the pool was great, especially as it was extremely hot to be walking around. Great stay! Would highly recommend.

Stunning hillside location, the infinity pool looking out over the mountains and the lake at sunset was just amazing, view from the outdoor terrace tables was the same. Room was a full self catered apartment with kitchen/dining area/sofa then bedroom/bathroom and balcony. Plenty of parking space. Really wonderful staff, friendly, helpful and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend and would visit again.

Spacious and stylish house in a great location. Very comfortable beds. Three bathrooms. Good air conditioning. Great pool. The hot tub was also very pleasant, but could have done with a more thorough cleaning. In general, this otherwise great house would benefit from more careful maintenance.
