It was an amazing stay! Bianca, Louis and all the other people were great! SPA is perfect size, loved the hot pool, rooms are big and have very comfortable beds. Enough space in the room and the closets. Breakfast has everything you wish for. The view oh the view is wonderful!! We definitely recommend this gorgeous place. It could not have been better for us, OBRIGADA!!

Great location with amazing views. Great, cozy room with comfortable bed and crispy clean sheets. Clean and spacious bathroom. Amazing staff! Everyone was really great. Excellent breakfast, lots of food choice. Lots of space for parking. The town is small and too much rain but we found a few places to visit nearby. We had dinner at the hotel and we loved it!

The hotel is fantastic. The facilities are great, everything is new, the rooms are very comfortable and large, and the staff is really nice. The food is exquisite.

We loved the surroundings of the accommodation and the fact that you have exclusive access to a wonderful garden. The apartment is comfortable, and the large windows frame the nature around you. We equally enjoyed the swimming pools, and my children safely played in the kids shallower pool. The staff was very kind and friendly. I will definitely return and recommend it to friends and family.

Beautiful big apartment in the center of Furnas. The services were more than expected, the apartment clean, very big and well-located and the zone very beautiful. It is near to many touristic zones and has many supermarkets and restaurants.

We spent 3 wonderful nights in this really beautiful, lovingly furnished and very clean house. The terrace and the garden behind the house with the relaxing hot tub were a delight after a long day of hiking and the second terrace upstairs also offered a beautiful view of the sunset. The landlady was very nice and answered all our questions immediately. There is also a nice bar with a beautiful view of the sunset just 500 meters down the hill. Highly recommended!

Communication with the owner was excellent, the owner contacted us even before we got there, she sent precise instructions on how to get to the address. The house looks exactly like on the photos, it is a semi-detached house where the owners live in the second part. I have never looked for accommodation where the owners live, but in this case I can't rely on anything. We almost never saw each other, but when we needed something from them, they were very helpful and nice. During the whole week of our stay, the owner was interested in whether we had everything we needed, but she did it in a discreet way - through messages on booking. The house had everything we needed, we didn't have to buy anything, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, even spices, oil, towels, everything was also provided for washing dishes. Shower gel, shampoo and toilet paper were also in the bathroom. The house is divided so that one bedroom with a bathroom is downstairs and two bedrooms with a second bathroom are upstairs. For us it meant absolute privacy, because we were 4 people, two slept downstairs and two upstairs. There is a washing machine and a dryer in the hallway. Trust me, you will definitely need a dryer. We used it really every day. There is even a smart TV in the living room where you can turn on netflix, you won't see this in the photos, there is an old TV. The only negative, which I think can be found in almost every accommodation on the Azores islands, is the smell caused by the very strong humidity on the island. But after the first day, one gets used to it. The overall impression of the accommodation is perfect and the owner is probably the nicest person I have ever met. On the last day of departure, she allowed us to check out later, provided us things to wash the car, and we even received a handmade gift from her daughter. Thank you very much for everything and we would love to come back again.
