The welcome was lovely. The location - extremely quiet with fantastic views and ample on-site outdoor parking with no height restrictions. The rooms were spacious and clean with a huge outdoor terrace area. There was an on-site restaurant and bar. I would recommend both the food and wine as they were both fantastic. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, especially the young waiter in the restaurant who couldn't have been any more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and definitely good value for money.

The palace is absolutely beautiful and the gardens are well maintained. The spa was very relaxing!! The casual dinner and lunch were also great!

The location is perfect to recharge yourself. Everything looks clean and you feel comfortable. The restaurant is just amazing, the staff is really attentive and the food great. Loved their wine. The massages of the spa are amazing and make you feel really good. It’s a place to come back!

The jacuzzi was a great addition. The location was peaceful and beautiful. Chaves was nearby and had a lovely vibe too.
