The room is really spacious and clean. The area is quite and the place is really close to the ocean. The staff is really friendly and, besides the breakfast, you can also have a drink/ something to eat in the rest of the day. The breakfast was very tasty. I really liked the fact that all the tables have on them images from Madeira (levada's, birds, mountain peaks) - this means attention to details from the owners.

The hotel was immaculate; we were greeted with a drink upon check-in which immediately made us feel at home. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. The room had a beautiful view of the ocean which made for beautiful sun rises. The food at the restaurant was good and reasonably priced. The walk-ability of the area is amazing; there are nice restaurants all around and beautiful scenery every where you turn. The indoor pool was an absolute plus.

We stayed for 23 days in this hotel. The room was spacious and the beds were excellent. The breakfast is good with many options. The food in the bar and restaurant is also very good. Knowing that the food is organic makes it very special. The location is great and quiet and the very large garden is a big bonus. The swimming pool is large and with good temperature . The staff does everything to make you feel good especially Francisco from the restaurant and Johanna from housekeeping. Also the ladies from the reception are very kind and helpful. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
