I had some issues with my booking wherein i booked on the wrong dates and they were kind enough to still help me out with the room even after their working hours. The rooms were spectacular, and they even had a Shattaf (hand bidet) Heated floors were just super comfortable.

Exceptional breakfast. Very nice apartment, with a tub in the bedroom and a balcony. Very clean. Nice staff. The hotel has a spa with saunas, a jacuzzi and a salt room. Location of the hotel is close to the Nosal ski area (for beginners).
