Nice stylish hotel. very good restaurant on site with fair selection of delicious meals. The bed was very comfortable and room was quiet. Bathroom had a floor heating. Nice and friendly staff. Parking possible on site for no additional charge. Breakfast was exceptionally rich and delicious.

An excellent hotel! The staff was so attentive, everyone was ready to help all the time and they were very polite. The room was not just clean, it was spotless. It was also really comfortable. Of course, the bed was huge and very soft, but you also have nice chairs where you can enjoy some drinks with your partner, there's a writing desk where you can work if you need to and you have an iron and an ironing board so you can iron your clothes in the comfort of your room. I also loved the restaurant. The breakfast is excellent - anything you may wish for is there. Everything we tried on the menu was very delicious and with good quality. And there's a good selection of drinks to pair your food with. To top it all off, the WiFi connection was perfect, which is never the case in hotels. Unfortunately, I was unable to visit the spa, but I am confident it would have been just as good as everything else. If I am ever in Kraków again, I will not hesitate to book the same hotel.
