It was second time I stayed in this hotel. And second time was more than satisficed by it. Good location in the center of the city, but very quiet. Good furniture, big room (it was very convenient to do morning exercise). Friendly and polite staff. Everything was nice. Hope to comeback again.

It was a traditionally styled Polish hotel, a little worn but in a very sweet way, I thought it had lots of character, the room was fine, the bathroom was good and had a great shower. But gathered out got never the staff, they were so friendly, they even tried to scare a traffic warden away from my care as I left it without a tick, the reception staff were excellent and the young lady who served breakfast were so polite, they deserve a special mention, I’m never glowing about hotels, but this was great value for money, the staff made it a lovely stay.

The 4-star Hotel Cristal is located in the centre of Białystok, on the main street of the pedestrian area opposite St. Nicholas Church and just 700 metres from the Branicki Palace.

It's my second time in this great hotel with friendly staff that "remembered" (software) that I was a former client. Excellent rooms, and beds, Nice views on the main avenue (Lipowa) and Orhtodox Cathedral Excellent location, right at the center of everything
