Fantastic room with comfortable bed and linen. Very nice and clean bathroom. Coffee table with tea/coffee. This room really stands out for the rate paid. Highly recommended!

Very nice room with charm, not like 99% of the hotels these days that all look the same and like rubbish. The room was very quiet (No. 404). Location is great, right in the center of the town. Very friendly staff. Breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant is superb. And also the spa downstairs is wonderful. Excellent value for money.

The 4-star Hotel Cristal is located in the centre of Białystok, on the main street of the pedestrian area opposite St. Nicholas Church and just 700 metres from the Branicki Palace.

Very nice staff, especially the doorman, the restaurant was lovley and all the waiters were fantastic , very professional staff. The room was big, bright and comfortable, with a well stocked mini bar. The whole hotel was very clean and well presented.
