I would like to thank you for the excellent service I received during my stay at the hotel. Everything was wonderful, and I felt very welcome from the very first moment. The food in the restaurant was absolutely excellent, and the views from my room were simply incredible — they made my stay even more special. I would especially like to mention Marzena, who works in the restaurant and was absolutely delightful throughout my stay. Always kind, attentive, and with a smile on her face, she made my experience even better. She is a true professional and a genuinely lovely person. Thank you for making my visit so pleasant. We loved everything about this hotel. The location is just perfect: in the most beautiful mountain area, right next to the sky walk. The parking lot is very big. The recreational area is wonderfully taken care of, with closely mown grass, beautiful flowers, a space with a few tables where the parents can enjoy coffee or a drink while keeping a close watch on their children who have a lot of room to play on the lawn. The reception is on 24/7. There is a fitness room, two rooms with pool tables and other indoor games that my two teenage sons enjoyed playing. The apartment that we stayed in was spacious, with two bathrooms and a large balcony with a mountain view. Everything was squeaky clean. Breakfast was tasty and with a large range of food to choose from.

This was our second stay for our small honeymoon trip and we would like to say a very big thank you to all of the staff. Everyone is so friendly and kind, when they found out that this is our honeymoon, they gifted us with a bottle of champagne in our room, which was very unexpected and pleasant surprise. The administrator at the reception was a huge contribution to improving the quality of our trip, we don’t know what we would have done without her. Her quick actions and proficiency in communication helped us arrange a rental car for a very good price and on the same day, which we couldn’t find ourselves for already two days before that. She advised us on the best hiking routes in the Tatra mountains, which we loved so much and have so great memories of now. We also had a chance to meet the owner of the hotel, who was also very welcoming to us and very pleasant to talk to. We will definitely come back here some other time, this will be our favorite place to stay in Zakopane for sure.

Excellent location on the main road yet very quiet. The view is amazing and the outdoor spa is very nice. The breakfast is excellent. The room is very comfortable and the kitchen is very functional.

I had a pleasant stay at the place where the receptionist is super friendly and responsive to my inquiries. The apartment has complete amenities specially for a longer stay. I would definitely recommend staying at this place either for solo, couple or family.
