What a thoughtful hotel! Wow - the room was lovely with amazing thoughtful touches and beautiful architecture. Sauna was broken when we stayed but the pool and steam room were lovely and the robes provided by the hotel very soft and comfortable. We paid extra for the breakfast which was worth it, the staff were all friendly and food was tasty and fresh.

A complete experience from when we checked in to the time we left. The room and facilities were excellent, everything was spotless, delicious traditional Polish breakfast. Location was great nearby to a bus stop, although we did need it, and the staff was the best, very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting.

Everything was perfect! Extra new furniture, extra clean, super tasty coffee, great SPA area=) I recommend everyone to visit and will definitely choose the same apartment once again in the next trip to Zakopane.
