Wonderful service by care taker Mr.Maroof & his team. We would rate them 5 Star rating. We were a family of 8 adults & 2 kids, the villa No.14 was perfect for us. This villa was with Ocean view which was unique. Would love to return to this place for longer stay.

Very nice location and architecture. Special mention to staff members Ann from the front office, Sabbir from housekeeping cluster 2, Shahzad and Khan from the restaurant, Zied from reception. They exceeded our expectations.

excellent hotel, very kind staff, very nice ladies at the reception. I was with some friends. We had a shuttle from and to the airport and received a room upgrade for all, sea view rooms. The rooms are large, the bathrooms are well equipped, everything is very clean, the breakfast is varied. The large, clean pools, the sunbeds are placed on the lawn with natural shade, the beach with fine sand and not crowded, is a very quiet place. It was a wonderful stay and I thank everyone who worked to make us feel good.

Receptionist Ahmed helped and assisted us and helped us really appreciate. Bellboy Noman and is good guy and kind he helped me all the time. I went there to stay 4 nights for my daughter’s 3rd birthday. All the staffs were helped us to organised. Hotel is clean kind staffs and delicious breakfast. Thank you all.

Literally EVERYTHING ! I cannot thank enough the staff especially Prashrit for making our stay an unforgettable one. I took my mom on her birthday and everyone made her day a fantastic one ! I spent 3 nights in this hotel. I travel a lot and have rarely encountered a hotel of such quality. The room with balcony and view of the marina is very large, with plenty of storage space. Restaurant: the buffet dinner at the Al Manara restaurant is very good and varied every evening. Very good breakfast too. IMPORTANT NOTE: I had a problem with my return flight and THE RECEPTION STAFF WERE FANSTASTIC, RASHA IS SO VERY KING AND LISTENING, AS WELL AS HER TWO COLLEGUES (sorry, I can't remember their names, but they wear the kouma), AND THE MANAGER. I therefore recommend this hotel 100%.
