We arrived at the hotel being busy due to the visit of the Italian President. As all rooms were booked out we were offered an amazing upgrade of a wonderful suite. The room was quiet and had everything we needed. All the staff were helpful and very friendly. The rooftop bar was lovely and had a good view. Proximity to the train station made it easy to catch the fast train from the airport and walk from the station. The hotel was also close to the foreshore and shopping area.

We decided to return to the Hotel Bristol on our return to Oslo. In addition to everything I've already mentioned, going back to a place with familiar people was quite pleasant. I hadn't mentioned the breakfast at this hotel. Fabulous. As much as you like to sleep a little longer watching the snow falling through the window, you won't want to miss it, everything is very good, the fish very fresh, the bakery, the people of the hot season. It's worth it. We followed with excellent guidance from the Concierge staff and this time we decided to visit the afternoon tea, because every day this space was full of people. And even if we are staying, we need a reservation because the event is very popular. This time, I stayed in a room on the 6th floor and could observe the city from above, all covered in snow.

The hotel is located centrally in the city of Oslo. This area(Tjuvholmen) is car free, which means that it is very safe and quiet. I could see the channel and the Oslofjord from the balcony. What an amazing view!

Fatima from reception desk is the best. After asking 3 times girl who was working in saturday to issue me invoice, finally Fatima solve the problem in minday morning 16Oct, in 3 minutes,making payment and printing invoice, with smile. She knows and enjoy her job,managment should pay her in gold. Fatima,thank you!!! I was thinking not to come back, but you are the star of The Well and I will come again.

Location was excellent. No noise from streets. Balcony with table and chairs. Spacious living room. 2 TV's with apple TV. Apartment is near elevator. All necessary cooking and cleaning utensils.

Perfect location, the place felt like home and the hosts were very welcoming. It had all the amenities we needed and more (Netflix, all necessary ustensiles in the kitchen). We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment.
