Everything since our arrival was short of perfect, from the service during check-in to the buggy service from the room when checking-out. Our villa was beautiful, absolutely spotless and clean. Love the welcome slide on our tv and the chocolate truffles / pralines on the table when we entered our villa, the spacious bathroom, the (overly) smart toilet seat etc. The overall vibe of the villa made us feel like we were in a resort overseas.

Thank you so much to everyone at this hotel. The service and facilities are truly excellent. The breakfast is very good and has many options. The staff is very professional and friendly.
