Everything since our arrival was short of perfect, from the service during check-in to the buggy service from the room when checking-out. Our villa was beautiful, absolutely spotless and clean. Love the welcome slide on our tv and the chocolate truffles / pralines on the table when we entered our villa, the spacious bathroom, the (overly) smart toilet seat etc. The overall vibe of the villa made us feel like we were in a resort overseas.

Beautiful hotel, great location to KL and also a 5 minute walk to the local shopping Malls and restaurants, so many places to eat and shop. The room was cleaned to a high standard, the staff were professional, kind and friendly. I felt safe as a female solo traveller. The breakfast provided had an array of dishes, and was good quality.

Great design, location and extremely helpful and polite staff. location-absolutely everything you need in walking distance. Great pool and lounge area. And most importantly-the great concierge Shahrom, who made our stay overly enjoyable and helped is in all different matters. location is great for kids too because it is next to the KLCC park that has amazing playground, kids pool and place to walk around.
