The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful. The technician is very efficient. I'm having trouble connecting the TV with my phone, then the maintenance staff come and help until he is sure that I am able to watch the show on the TV. My children enjoy every facility and activities (such as feeding the fish). There are a variety of food options such as restaurant Chef Wan, burgerlab & the hotel dining. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

Thank you so much to everyone at this hotel. The service and facilities are truly excellent. The breakfast is very good and has many options. The staff is very professional and friendly. I definitely recommend this place. The view from the rooftop pool is amazing, and also from our room with a private pool.
