The hotel is really beautiful, as soon as you enter you can immediately enjoy the luxurious architecture. The location is ideal with walking distance to KLCC park, different shopping malls, restaurants you name it. The staff at the pool bar is so great, they really made our stay. The breakfast is the best thing from this hotel, amazing with plenty options ! We also enjoy the roof swimming pool in the roof with a great view of Petronas Towers. There is a shuttle buggy so you can go and back easier from the KLCC, we traveled with kids and its have helped us a lot !

Perfect value for money. We got an apartment with nice view (Petronas towers, KLCC park etc.) from the 47th floor. Everything looked new, not a sign of wear and tear. The place was pretty big, had all necessary facilities, including two bedrooms, two TVs, two bathrooms (one with panoramic windows and a bathtub), a kitchen with a stove, coffee machine, dishes, kitchenware, table, washing machine, drying machine, fridge etc. It didn't have a dishwasher though (would've been nice if it did). The staff was great too, our apartment was cleaned daily, towels were changed every time. The managers answered every our question in WhatsApp without delays. Rooftop pool on the 51st floor was a nice addition, we could access it free of charge (it's closed after 10pm though). View there was even better. Suggest going there right before dusk or after dusk if you want to take pictures.
