Highly recommend this place. The unit are very clean. Location is very convenient with food court and shopping mall surrounding. The security guard is helpful. As well as owner, Christy and Philip are friendly.

The flat is so big, and the view from the living room is awesome. Cleanliness and rooftop swimming pool with the view is a treat.

The Millen Penang, Autograph Collection is in Georgetown, just 3 minutes' drive from the New Central Business District. It has spacious suites with free Wi-Fi.

From start to finish, everything was perfect, from the staff on the door, the very capable personnel at reception, the individual floor floors-and-room staff, those at the beautifully maintained pool too, the spacious and tastefully furnished rooms, the bright and airy breakfast room with its attentive service personnel, nothing beyond their capabilities, a welcoming receptionist and chef, both ready and capable of meeting and adapting to every request, all this through to help on the ground floor with directions, weather forecasts, and planning suggestions. The Club snack available from 5 to 7 p.m. every day is a Godsend as my kids find most of the Penang food spicy. So they like the food served in the Club Lounge e.g. Sphaghetti, Chicken Burger (non-spicy) etc. The price of the hotel is on the high side, but if it's a family and you need some back up meal plans, it would still be good value. Proximity to Komtar is a huge plus if you wish to go to The TOP, TECH DOME and Penang Hill.
