Excellent is the word that comes to my mind when describing this hotel. I arrived super early, and the room was already available. The room is exactly as described, and pictures are very accurate. Staff is kind. The entire hotel has a very exquisite feeling. Very well located. On a less positive feedback (but still, minor things that are my preference, not affecting at all the great stay I had): the pillows and mattress were too soft; the breakfast, still plenty of choices and variety, was the weakest point as I expected a more luxurious offer. Anyway, the food selection is good.

The luxurious 5-star Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur is located just next to the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC).

Iconic hotel in KL City Centre just off the Petronas Towers. Great facilities, top notch service, beautiful decoration. Exactly what you expect from a Mandarin Oriental Hotel. Infinity pool was a plus, great spa facilities and good options for breakfast. Value for money is correct too!
