We arrived late and was told that we had been upgraded, little did I know to the most amazing room with all the bells and whistles, absolutely amazing with our own shower that turns into a steam room in 10 min,. We also got a welcome teddy and fruit 🍓🍑 plater that was replenished the next day, I just wish we were staying for longer, the service and staff were the best I have experienced in a very long time.if you are staying in Genting Highlands this is probably one of the best.great comfortable bed and coffee making facilities etc etc

The location was amazing the cleanliness was very good not much connection with the staff as they have self check in and out. However whenever we have doubts we can contact through WhatsApp and they will answer in a short time.
