All the rooms were comfortable. Cozy and modern ambiance. Have all the facilities including coway and iron box. The lift is very near to our parking lot. So not that much of hustle to go to the room from parking lot. Great customer service from Mr. Kru. Very detailed instructions and always gave prompt response.

Good location, within (more or less) walking distance from a colossal mall IOI City Mall - provided you are ready to actually walk in hot and humid Malaysian climate. Personally I recommend taking taxi every time via Grab application - the response is super fast, the fares are more than affordable (small even). Nice pool, even a BBQ spot with separate halal and non-halal sections. The host was super helpful and always ready to help. The Andriod TV works good, the Wi-Fi connection is lightning fast (especially when comparing to Vietnam). All in all I am super satisfied with this place.
