Beautiful rooms and facilities. Staff were excellent- Lupita even packed me breakfast when I needed to leave early for a tour. All breakfasts were delicious.

What to say, this hotel is fantastic. The room is big and full of comforts like very high quality and bio products to wash yourself, a hairdryer, a night-gown. Bed was one of the best I have ever slept on. The pool is nice and calm and offers some relax and escape from the hot weather. Breakfast was also fantastic and staff was very attentive and nice to us. We really felt pampered even if we stayed only one night.

Very pretty hotel with lots of private areas, 3 swimming pools and lovely staff. Location is perfect 3 blocks from the Socalo. Private car park nearby. We were upgraded to a room with a huge terrace with hammocks and great views. Will definitely come back.

Everything was wonderful. Our bags were delayed and the stuff did everything possible to get them to us. They contacted the airline every day multiple times. They did way more than I would have expected.. They did everything possible to make our stay perfect.
