The Hotel: A beautiful property with stunning original architecture and decorative details—truly candy for the eyes! The magnificent traveler’s palm trees in the courtyard were absolutely striking. Room: Very comfortable overall. Good a king-size bed, a spacious bathroom with enough amenities. Quietness: Despite being on a busy street, the inside of the hotel felt completely insulated from the noise of traffic. Room is very quite ( without the AC on) Location: Quite good. While the street itself isn’t particularly interesting, the hotel is just a 10-minute walk from the city center. The walk is safe, even at night. Parking: A paid private parking lot was available at another property right next door , and the cost was quite reasonable.

The space was beautiful, the setting, the good taste and design, and the super friendly and helpful staff, created a vacation we dreamed of. The location was super convenient , walking to shops, Centro, and restaurants could not have been easier. Even that we were Centro, our room was nestled in the back of hotel, with a huge sense of privacy and quiet. The staff was friendly, warm and always helpful.

This 18th century hacienda has been converted into a small luxury hotel with outdoor swimming pool and spa. It is just 2 minutes’ drive from Mexican Federal Highway 281.

The staff and the owners were very kind and attentive. The place is great, an oasis in the middle of the city, perfect for relaxing. I also took a very nice massage there.

One of the loveliest places I've stayed in all of Mexico and great value for the superb and unusual room. Highly, highly recommended. The staff were wonderful too. I'll be back if I ever get the chance to visit Mérida again.

We loved everything about the hotel. it is beautifully designed, a stunning colonial house beautifully renovated with a modern annex. the rooms are super comfortable, the bed was amazing, beautiful bathroom with great bathroom products. it has a beautiful courtyard with a pool, perfect for relaxing after walking around town. and the staff are super friendly and helpful, about 15-20’min walk from main square

The owner, Sunita, is very welcoming and helpful, and so are all the other staff ladies: Carolina, Ale, Jessica (sorry cannot remember all the names and not sure of spelling). Unfortunately my wife and I do not speak Spanish but there was a good level of English from the staff so communication was not an issue. A couple of evenings there were live classical music concerts in the courtyard which was a very nice touch that enhanced the overall experience.The staff was also very helpful with organizing trips for us and we were also allowed to leave our luggage with them for a couple more hours after we checked out. Also, Sunita owns another hotel a minute away down the street that has a bigger pool and the guests from Treehouse can use that as well. We definitely recommend the place and would stay there again.

penthouse has really nice terrace. only one small bathroom so although two beds don’t think suitable for more than one couple.
